We will check your cardiovascular risk factors and determine your heart risk.
And then we track and check while you do the course.

The cardiac fitness course is designed for people that might have risk factors for cardiovascular disease but don't have any manifest heart problems. Or you simply want to improve your cardiovascular fitness, help to lose some weight and simply feel better. The 12 week course will get you started and teach you where you stand and where to go.
And then ?
Once you have completed the 12 week course you might just continue on your own.
Or join a gym.
Or become a member of the HeartWorks Program with a 6 months membership.
Or come back for another fitness course at a later stage.
