You own more bikes than you care to admit.
You are on your second pair of running shoes this year. 
 You want to check your heart health and boost your cardiovascular performance.

We will test your fitness levels. Check if there are other health issues, maybe some musculo-skeletal issues as well that we need to work on. 

You get an ECG and test of risk factors. 

We do a cardiovascular risk assessment for you.

Lectures. We give you access to lectures on heart related issues. Learn about factors influencing your heart health. Learn about diet advise.

We are trying to achieve that you exercise safely but also to see where you stand if there are any reserves.

Determine your FTP / FTHR. 

Set thresholds when you are out there. Align your workouts.

Make us your gym. If you like it stick around for the 6 months HeartWorks Membership.
Track your fitness online.
We will hook you up to record your activities and review as well as share them online.
